Are there per-user charges?
No. The Team plan is a flat fee per organization, not per user. Your $299/month covers up to 10 team members with no additional per-seat charges.
What happens after the free trial?
After 60 days, you keep read-only access to your historical ledger data. No new uploads or cycle creation on the free plan. The CLI continues working locally with no limitations — unlimited scans, terminal and JSON output, remediation guidance. Upgrade to Team anytime to resume full ledger access.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or change your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
The 60-day free trial is our guarantee. You get full access to every Team feature for two months before paying anything. No credit card required to start.
Can I use Ankos for multiple organizations?
Each organization needs its own subscription. If you manage PCI compliance for multiple entities, each one would have a separate Team plan with its own compliance ledger and evidence history.
