If you submit, post, or otherwise make available any content through the Website (such as feedback, comments, or suggestions), you grant Ankos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the Website and our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to any content you submit, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

Neither Ankos nor any person associated with Ankos makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Website.

The information presented on the Website, including information about PCI DSS compliance, is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice. Ankos is a tool to assist with evidence collection and organization — it is not a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and does not make compliance determinations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Ankos, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Website, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
